  • Contact information Name, email address, phone number — when you register or contact us.
  • Order data Food items ordered, table number, special requests — to process your order.
  • Payment data Processed via our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Device & usage data IP address, browser type, pages visited — collected via cookies and server logs.
  • Restaurant account data Business name, address, menu content — for restaurant operators using our platform.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To process and fulfil orders placed through the Eatix platform
  • To communicate with you about your account or orders
  • To improve and maintain the platform (analytics, bug fixing)
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To send marketing communications — only with your explicit consent
